<p><strong>Här kommer senaste nytt… </strong></p>
<p>Vicevärdskontoret är öppet varannan onsdag (jämna veckor) kl.18-19.</p>
<p>Vicevärdstelefonen är bemannad måndag-fredag 17-19. OBS, ny telefontid! Vid ej svar prata in</p>
<p>meddelande så återkommer vicevärden så snart det är möjligt.</p>
<p>Man kan alltid nå styrelsen via mail <a href="mailto:styrelsen@brfskogsglantan.org">styrelsen@brfskogsglantan.org</a> även brevlådan i hus 2.</p>
<p>Vid akuta fel kontakta HSB på 054-19 84 10 (tryck sedan 1 så kopplas ni till jourpersonal via SOS alarm, se <a href="http://HSB.se/varmland">HSB.se/varmland</a>). Observera endast akuta fel ska anmälas direkt till HSB då det tillkommer stora kostnader i samband med deras arbete.</p>

<p><strong>Styrelsen hänvisar alla medlemmar till de fyra kanalerna som går direkt till styrelsen: </strong></p>
<p><strong>vicevärdskontoret, vicevärdstelefonen, styrelsebrevlådan och styrelsemailen. </strong></p>
<p><strong><u>All kontakt till privata telefonnummer med samtal, sms, mail till privata konton till styrelsen </u></strong></p>
<p><strong><u>undanbedes snarast för att styrelsen ska kunna sköta styrelsearbetet på bästa möjliga sätt.</u></strong></p>
<p><strong>Naturligtvis är alla välkomna att lämna synpunkter och åsikter via dessa fyra ovan nämnda </strong></p>
<p><strong>kanaler till styrelsen och styrelsen kommer ta del av dem.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Styrelsen har anlitat entreprenörer som idag arbetar i brf Skogsgläntans område. Vid </strong></p>
<p><strong>synpunkter och åsikter om entreprenörerna kontakta <u>endast</u> styrelsen.</strong></p>

<p>Ordförande Arman Teimouri har begärt entledigande från styrelsen. Ett konstituerande styrelsemöte kommer hållas i samband med styrelsemötet i oktober.</p>

<p>Pingisrummet är i drift igen i hus 3. Alla kan komma in med sina nycklar till källarrummet. Det finns pingisbord, tre pingisbollar, pingisnät och två pingisrack som alla kan nyttja.</p>

<p><strong>Fönsterbytet fortsätter enligt det informationsmaterial som redan finns distribuerat. </strong></p>
<p><strong>I dagsläget har entreprenören kommit till trappuppgång 4B. Varje trappuppgång får </strong></p>
<p><strong>information innan arbetets start. Om vart de börjar och vad som gäller i lägenheten med </strong></p>
<p><strong>avstånd framför fönster med mera. Även information om nycklar finns med på lappen så att entreprenören kan få tillträde till lägenheten. </strong></p>
<p><strong>Kontaktuppgifter till entreprenören finns med på lappen. </strong></p>
<p><strong><u>Vi undanbedes att föreningsmedlemmarna själva kontaktar entreprenören innan varje medlems tur infaller med byte av fönster. Föreningen kan få merkostnader av detta. </u></strong></p>
<p><strong>Kontakta <u>vicevärden</u> med frågor innan och efter er tur infaller med utbyte av fönster.</strong></p>
<p><strong> </strong></p>
<p><strong>Se bifogat blad för information om PCB från Industrimiljö Väst som utfört saneringen.</strong></p>
