<p>Observera att endast <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>akuta</strong></span> fel ska anmälas direkt till <a class="tooltip" title="Felanmälan till HSB" href="https://www.hsb.se/varmland/felanmalan/" target="_blank">HSB</a>, då det tillkommer stora kostnader i samband med deras arbete. Om felanmälan sker till HSB, som egentligen ska ombesörjas av dig själv, kommer du bli debiterad för kostnaderna. För säkerhets skull kan du alltid ringa till vicevärden så kan hon eller han hänvisa dig vidare.</p>

<p>Vakna upp till Vänerns bris och ta en kort promenad till <a class="tooltip" title="Sugen på god fisk?" href="http://lillangshamnens-fiskrokeri.se/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Lillängshamnens fiskrökeri</a>, som ligger ett stenkast bort. När du behöver handla tar du dig till Skoghalls centrum, som också ligger granne med föreningen. Kommunikationer i form av <a class="tooltip" title="Tidtabell för bussar" href="http://www.varmlandstrafik.se/tidtabeller/hammaro" target="_blank" rel="noopener">bussar</a> går var 10:e minut in till Karlstad centrum.</p>
<p>Föreningen består av tre hus med sammanlagt 72 lägenheter. Under 2001 och 2002 genomfördes stamrenovering och lägenheterna fick då även härliga och rymliga inglasade balkonger. Alla lägenheter har säkerhetsdörrar och det finns möjlighet att hyra garage eller parkeringsplats, både med eller utan motorvärmare. Alla lägenheter har även tillgång till källarförråd och matkällarförråd.<br />
Sedan 2021 finns också möjlighet att hyra parkeringsplats med laddstolpe för el-bil, föreningen har 4 st sådan.</p>
<p>En gemensamhetslokal finns att tillgå, samt ett hobbyrum och ett rymligt cykel- och barnvagnsförråd.</p>
<p>Kabel-tv och bredband via ComHem. Kabel-tv ingår i månadsavgiften. Hemförsäkring tecknas privat av alla som äger eller hyr en bostadsrätt, även de som bor i andra hand. Föreningen har dock tecknat avtal om särskilt bostadsrättstillägg. Medlemmarna behöver alltså inte teckna någon extra del.</p>
